  • How long do screen repairs take?
    Repairs can be done anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour, with the exception of having to order parts if they are not in stock.
  • Will I lose any files, photos, or settings when my item is repaired?
    Usually not, but in the event that your computer or item needs to be reset, we can perform a backup of all information and notify you.
  • How much does an assessment cost?
    Assessment for items that need to be repaired is FREE at Get It Right Repair. We will only charge you for the repair service!
  • Is there a warranty on repairs?
    Yes! In the event that there is an issue with the repair we can provide more assistance if you come back within 90 days. This covers any damage the item accrued during repair, manufacturer issues or if the specific issue was not resolved.
  • Do you sell items such as laptops, tablets, or phones?
    We do have items available for sale, but our stock varies. If you're looking for a specific item, call us at (682) 307-3813, to see if we have your item in our inventory.
  • Do you Repair Cracked TV Screens?
    No, Get It Right Repair does not repair cracked or damaged television screens as it is not cost-efficient, and more than likely cheaper to buy a replacement. We do repair any other kind of TV issues.
  • Do you just repair software issues with computers, tablet, phones, or gaming consoles?
    Get It Right Repair can repair software issues but also can help repair any damage to the body or frame of your device. We can do things such as screen replacement, water damage repair, battery related issues, and internal mechanism repair.
